Viewing a Closed Service Request (Work Ticket)

Exchange enables you to view a closed service request.

 

To view a closed request:

 

  1. Select the Searches tab.

  2. From the Search categories, select Search Work Tickets. The Work Ticket Query form appears.

 

NOTE: The work ticket number is the most direct route to a specific request. If you submitted the request through Exchange, you will find the work ticket number included on the submission confirmation.

 

If the work ticket number is known:

 

 

If the work ticket number is unknown:

 

 

  1. Check one of the Ticket Date check box options.

  1. To show the results on the screen, click Query by Criteria.

To download and show the results in spreadsheet form:

 

  1. Select Download by Criteria.

  2. A dialog box opens with a list of the possible columns. Select the desired categories, and click Download. The spreadsheet opens in a new window with the results of the download.
