Reporting a Problem

You can report a problem with the network, which results in Operations creating a trouble ticket to follow the problem to resolution. A trouble ticket can also be created automatically by the system.

 

To report an undetected problem:

 

  1. Select the Support > Problems and Requests sub-tab. The Report a Problem section appears.

  2. Read the instructions provided, and call your Operations technician at 1-800-234-9034. To ensure prompt service, please have the name of the problem device and the error symptoms identified.
