Search Work Tickets

Work tickets are created in response to requests for service.  The confirmation message accepting a request contains the work ticket number assigned to that specific request. Information about the status of the request is captured in the work ticket.

 

To search for work tickets:

NOTE: The search can be executed by Ticket ID or by criteria for one or multiple sites.

 

To search by ticket number:

 

 

NOTES:

 

 

To search based on criteria and review a single site:

 

  1. Click the Work Tickets By Criteria option.

  2. Click the Specific Site option.

 

 or

 

  1. Click the appropriate ticket status option.

  2. Using either of the following two options, set the ticket date.

 

 or

 

  1. Click Query by Criteria.

 

To search based on criteria and review multiple sites:

 

  1. Click the Work Tickets By Criteria option.

  2. Click the Multiple Sites option.

 

NOTE: When selecting multiple sites, you have two options: all sites or selected sites.

 

 

  1. Using either of the following two options, set the ticket date.

 

 

  1. Click Query By Criteria.

 

NOTE: By clicking on Download by Criteria, you can download the results to an Excel spreadsheet.
