Sending a Trouble or Work Ticket Link

You can send another Exchange user a link to an open trouble ticket or a work ticket. The only requirement is that the link recipient must have permission to view the device(s) associated with the sent ticket.

 

To send a trouble or work ticket link:

 

  1. Select the Network Details > Trouble Tickets or Work Tickets sub-tab. The list of trouble tickets appears.

  2. To show the ticket details in the lower pane, click the trouble ticket number.

  3. To create an e-mail containing a link to the trouble ticket, click Send Link.

  4. Enter the recipient's e-mail information and any explanatory notes.

  5. Click Send.
